PT Perch is fully furnished, designed for you to arrive and unpack your suitcase.  

 

We provide:

* All utilities, including high speed wi-fi internet

* A fully equipped kitchen

* A full-sized bathtub in the bathroom

* Full sized washer and dryer in a shared laundry room

* Complete linens and bedding

* Bath and hand towels

* Vacuum, broom and cleaning products

* Hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent

* Garbage bags, toilet paper, kitchen towels, and paper towels

The Perch is part of a 2-story cottage tri-plex, in a quiet residential neighborhood on a dead end street.  It is half of the top floor, with another unit on the other half. It shares one part of one wall with this unit, the other 3 walls are have windows to the outside. Below is one daylight basement unit with a separate entry and driveway.  The Perch has new soundproofing in the walls and floor. The other two units are not furnished or short-term, with mature and mellow occupants.

 

The Perch front door is accessed via an indoor entry alcove to easily remove your shoes once you are inside.  There are 8 steps up to the front door of The Perch, and a full staircase down to the shared laundry room. A staircase in the indoor entry alcove leads down to the shared laundry room which has a full sized washer and dryer. These are not coin operated and are free to use as needed.

There is one designated parking space, directly in front of the unit.

A deposit of $500 is taken upon signing of the lease and there is no extra cleaning charge. If you leave The Perch in the same clean condition as when you moved in, less normal "wear & tear", you will receive all of your deposit back.  If The Perch requires excessive cleaning, a cleaning fee shall be taken out of the deposit, at a rate of $35/hour. Some prefer to pay for the extra cleaning, and some prefer to do it themselves and save on the fee.  At the time of signing the lease we can discuss your preference and the specifics of the cleaning policy.

We have a no pets, no smoking, and no shoe policy.
