The rate is $2000 June-Sept or $1750 Oct- April, for the first month.  Each night after is prorated per night at $67 June-Sept, or $58 Oct-May.   If you would like to stay less than 30 nights, you are welcomed to rent the Perch for a month, and just stay as long or short as you like within that timeframe.  You may find one month here is comparable in cost with 1 to 3 weeks at other nightly vacation rentals.  Since this is a monthly rental we do not charge a lodging or sales tax, or booking fees.  Your total cost is $2000 or $1750.  We will not over book your month, and the maximum number of tenants we take in any 12 month period is 12.  We are not licensed by the City of Port Townsend to rent for a period of less than a month.  Please call or email us to discuss your specific timeframe at the Perch.

    A deposit of $500 is taken upon signing of the lease and there is no extra cleaning charge. If you leave The Perch in the same clean condition as when you moved in, less normal "wear & tear", you will receive all of your deposit back.  If The Perch requires excessive cleaning, a cleaning fee shall be taken out of the deposit, at a rate of $35/hour. Some prefer to pay for the extra cleaning, and some prefer to do it themselves and save on the fee.  At the time of signing the lease we can discuss your preference and the cleaning fee specifics.
