The rate is $2000 for the high summer months (June-Sept) or $1750 the rest of the year (Oct-May), for the first month.  Each night after is prorated at $67 or $58 per night.   If you would like to stay less than 30 nights, you are welcomed to rent the Perch for a month, and stay as long or short as you like within your 30 night timeframe.  You may find the cost of one month here is comparable in cost for 1 to 3 weeks at other nightly vacation rentals.  Since this is a monthly rental we do not charge sales tax, a cleaning fee, or any other booking fees.  Your total cost is $2000 or $1750.  We will not over book your month, and the maximum number of tenants we take in any 12 month period is 12.  We are not licensed by the City of Port Townsend to rent for a period of less than a month.    Please call or email us to discuss your specific time frame to stay at The Perch.
